Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and modification

By design, relief staff can't cancel or modify directly on the app once the contract is accepted; only the owner can. To initiate a cancellation or modification, the relief staff must communicate directly with the owner. Staffee is not responsible for contacting the owner or for the outcome of any cancellations. Improper cancellations may result in complaints from the owner, and Staffee reserves the right to suspend any account with repeated complaints. To reach out to the owner, you can find communication methods (phone, email, and chat) in the Staffee App.
