Cancellation / Chat / Call

You will receive a notification when your job request is accepted. To view the list of accepted jobs, click on the "Accepted" tab.

For cancellations, you'll need to personally contact the owner. You can initiate a chat by clicking the "chat icon" or make a call by clicking the "call icon". Please note that only the owner can cancel and remove the job contract from your list. Note: Last-minute cancellations may result in complaints from the owner. Staffee reserves the right to mediate any issues and suspend any accounts that misuse the service.
