Call or Chat with the applicant

Go to "Accept" tab and click "Detail". Next, click the "phone icon" to start calling or the "Chat bubble icon" to start chatting.

Note: Phone calls with the applicant are only permitted after completing the payment transaction. Otherwise, communication is limited to chat.
