Verify Identity and License

How to verify the identity and license of the relief staff

Staffee conducts a manual verification of new users. It checks if the uploaded ID card corresponds to the user's name and if their name is registered on the OPQ site. Once the user is verified by Staffee, the application will indicate that the verification is complete. For pharmacist assistant, only the identity is verified; please check their profile for more details. Note: The verification process may take 1 to 3 weeks. If Staffee has not yet completed the verification for a new member, you can ask for identification directly from the member using the chat.
