Once you've accepted a candidate, it is good practice to contact the relief staff for payment details. Provide your email for invoice delivery. If they have a registered company, request an invoice with taxes; if not, proceed with hiring them as an independent employee and gather necessary details like their social security number for their T4A. As Staffee isn't an agency, it is the business owner's responsibility to follow up and establish suitable payment terms with the relief staff.
